Is this legal?
Yes. We only record picks a tout has already published publicly. We don’t hack accounts, scrape paywalled content, or publish anything that wasn’t already out in the open — we just timestamp it before the game starts so the record can’t be rewritten after.
Do touts have to opt in to be tracked?
No. Public aliases are tracked unilaterally — the picks are public, so the record is public. Opting in is only how a tout earns the “Verified by ToutCheck” badge and a verified profile.
What if a tout disputes their record?
Disputes are resolved against the timestamped capture. If the pick was published before game time, it’s on the ledger; if it wasn’t captured, it isn’t. The receipt is the source of truth.
Do you sell picks?
Never. ToutCheck is a subscription product for the verified records — win rate, ROI, closing-line value — not for picks. Anyone selling you “locks” without a receipt is exactly who we’re here for.
